Crystal Clear Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Banking Administrator (Legal Biller) to support the Defendants Billing Team.

You will process daily BACS receipts, allocate to matter files in CMS Aderant, clear suspense accounts and ensure compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.

The role requires high volume processing, strong teamwork, excellent customer service and accurate data input, with at least 2 years in legal billing and experience liaising with clients by phone and in person.
