Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Location: Harrow
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Β£21,500 per annum
Reports to: Office Manager / Practice Manager / Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has just completed their A-Levels and is looking to begin a career in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard

Administrative Support

  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
  • Input data accurately into systems or spreadsheets
  • Support team members with basic administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, or calls as required

Office Support

  • Maintain stationery supplies and place orders when needed
  • Help with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
  • Handle ad hoc requests from different departments

What We\’re Looking For

  • Recently completed A-Levels or equivalent (no degree required)
  • Keen to start a career in business administration or customer service
  • Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
  • Smart, polite, and professional appearance and manner
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using a computer (Word, email, internet)

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interest in progressing within administration or office support
