We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on using both hand tools and power tools effectively.
This job is on a building site, cleaning portakabins including canteen, toilets and office spaces.
Monday - 4 Hours - 6am - 10am
This site is not on a bus route
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Use hand tools and power tools as necessary to maintain and repair cleaning equipment.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organised for efficient use.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the setup of rooms for events or meetings as required.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
