Crystal Care Solutions is seeking passionate and resilient Support Workers for our Care Leaving / Supported Accommodation homes in the Warrington area. The role operates a 2 on 4 off shift system with sleep-ins, averaging around 40 hours per week.
You will build positive relationships with young people aged 16–25, support their goals, wellbeing, education and independence, and help implement care plans while maintaining safeguarding and evidence in documentation.
