Are you an experienced leader in Health and Social Care with a passion for empowering young people? Join Crystal Care Solutions as a House Manager and take the lead in delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25.
- Leading a care leaving provision in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
- Managing a team of support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance and best practice
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
- Developing and implementing independence plans, safeguarding practices, and progression targets
- Acting as a role model and mentor for both young people and team members
- Coordinating shift planning, performance monitoring, team development, and budget management
- Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks
What we are looking for:
- Essential:
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role
- 2+ years of experience in Health and Social Care, ideally with children and or young adults
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a safe and inclusive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of safeguarding, supported accommodation regulations, and care frameworks
- Strong planning, delegation, and organisational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to complete relevant qualifications within required timescales
- Desirable:
- Level 3 or 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or Management - ideally in Childrens Residential Care
- Financial planning experience or budget management responsibility
