A Support Worker at Crystal Care Solutions are based in our Care Leaving / Supported Accommodation homes working a 2 on 4 off shift system with sleep-ins, plus additional periodic shifts to cover holidays, training etc, to equal a average 40 hour contract.

Crystal Care Solutions is looking for passionate and resilient individuals to join our team as Support Workers in our Supported Accommodation Services for young people aged 16–25.

Your Role

  • Building positive, supportive relationships with young people
  • Acting as a key worker and helping young people reach their goals
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, education, and independence
  • Supporting young people in daily routines, activities, and personal development
  • Contributing to care plans, reviews, and documentation
  • Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and reporting concerns
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the home
  • Supporting young people to access community, employment, and training opportunities
  • Salary subject to Experience / Qualification
