  • Driving occupancy through an exceptional resident and family experience
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Creating a positive culture where residents are genuinely at the heart of everything we do

About You: We are looking for a confident and experienced care leader who can combine strong operational leadership with genuine warmth and compassion. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience managing a residential or dementia care home
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory standards
  • Experience leading and developing a large team

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional experience for residents and their families
  • The drive, resilience and ambition to make a real difference

The Opportunity: Joining a brand-new home gives you the opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will play a key role in recruiting your team, establishing the culture, setting expectations and creating a home that residents, families and colleagues are proud to be part of. With a stunning new environment, a 66-bed capacity and a focus on high-quality residential and dementia care, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager who wants to make their mark.
