We are actively recruiting exceptional, caring individuals who want to join our team at Penrose Croft, Helston, Cornwall Crystal Care Collection is focused on making our homes not just luxury places for our residents to live, but also wonderful places for our team members to work.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have a high level of responsibility which will include managing and administering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, as well as mentoring less experienced staff, whilst leading by example as an integral part of the Care Team.
This is a busy role where the highest level of care must be delivered to ensure our resident's needs are met.
Key
Responsibilities: -To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
