You will lead the night shift, support care staff, and coordinate with the General Manager to deliver high-quality resident care through the night.
The role requires NVQ Level 3, leadership experience, and strong communication skills, with a permanent three-night-on, three-night-off pattern and a 8pm–8am shift.
