Make Every Night Matter.Are you an experienced care professional with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care looking to take the next step in your career?At Crystal Care Collection, we're passionate about creating exceptional homes where residents receive outstanding care and our team members feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.We're looking for a dedicated Night Care Team Leader / Night Deputy Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading our night care team, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable and peaceful nights.About the RoleAs a Night Care Team Leader / Night Deputy Manager, you'll lead by example, supporting and mentoring the night care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care that enables residents to live fulfilled, enriched and dignified lives.You'll be responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the home throughout the night, taking charge outside normal office hours and ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing are maintained at all times. Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team, you'll help create a positive culture where both residents and colleagues can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the safe and effective running of the home throughout the night, acting as the person in charge outside office hours or in the absence of the General Manager.Lead, coach and support the night care team, ensuring exceptional person-centred care is delivered consistently.Deliver and oversee high-quality personal care in accordance with individual care plans, promoting dignity, independence and choice.Act as a Key Worker for allocated residents, ensuring their care plans are implemented, reviewed and updated to reflect their changing needs.Safely administer, order and record medication in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements and best practice.Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns, escalating where appropriate and maintaining accurate care records. xsabvtc Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals, emergency services, relatives and the on-call management team to ensure continuity of care.Provide
