The Role: We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader (Deputy Manager) to lead by example and coach/mentor our care teams on a daily basis to ensure our residents are well cared for, motivated and stimulated to achieve a fulfilled and enriched life. You will become part of the care home family and let's be honest, YOU are what makes our home a great place to live and work!

Being a Care Team Leader (Deputy Manager) at Lake View Lodge means you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the home in collaboration with the Home Manager. You will have previous leadership experience as a Team Leader or Senior Carer within a residential setting. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivation, and the ability to encourage others to provide the best care service possible.

Hours of work: Full Time Nights: 20:00-08:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week. Hourly Rate of Pay: £16.92 (Nights)

Candidate Requirements: You will have achieved a Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care to evidence your commitment and passion for care, and be excited about the prospect of leading a team to deliver the highest quality of care. You will quickly become part of the care home family and let's be honest, our team members are what makes our home a great place to live and work!
