Were looking for a dedicated Maintenance Operative to play a vital role in ensuring our home, grounds and facilities remain safe, compliant and presented to the highest standard.
About the Role As our Maintenance Operative, youll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the home, carrying out repairs, preventative maintenance and safety checks to ensure everything runs smoothly for residents and colleagues alike.
Youll work closely with the General Manager to maintain a welcoming, homely environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and supporting the overall delivery of outstanding care.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in solving problems.
Key Responsibilities Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the home within your level of competence.
Complete planned maintenance schedules and regular safety inspections, including fire safety checks, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Promptly report and follow up any maintenance issues or defects with the General Manager.
