As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an integral role within the care home, working as part of a small domestic team. Your role is key in ensuring the home is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard in line with the cleaning schedules in order to ensure our residents live in an exceptional environment. Key Responsibilities:- To ensure that all areas of the care home are cleaned to a high standard in compliance with the specific cleaning guidelines and schedules and that they effectively meet the residents' and home's needs.
- To respect and maintain confidentiality of resident's personal information at all times, including their right to privacy, dignity and choice.
- To understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health.
