About the Role
As a Regional Recruiter, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple care homes, partnering with Home Managers and operational teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
This is a varied hybrid role combining candidate sourcing and onboarding, employer branding, recruitment marketing and stakeholder management. You'll also spend time visiting homes across the region to build relationships and support local recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle across a variety of care home roles. Create engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards and social media.
