As our organisation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Regional Director to lead multiple homes across Kent and the South East, driving operational excellence, outstanding care quality and sustainable commercial success.

About the Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across your region, supporting both established and newly commissioned homes.
Working closely with General Managers, you'll ensure homes are safe, compliant and performing to the highest standards while driving occupancy, financial performance and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with regular travel across the South East Region and occasional overnight stays where required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support General Managers across multiple care homes.
Ensure homes operate in line with CQC regulations, company policies and governance frameworks.
Drive improvements in care quality, operational performance and occupancy.
Support the commissioning and successful opening of new care homes.
Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional care standards.
