We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Care Home Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the home, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding, while providing excellent administrative support to residents, families and colleagues. From coordinating recruitment and onboarding to supporting admissions, finance and occupancy, you'll help create a seamless experience for both new team members and residents. Lead the administration of recruitment and onboarding, including interviews, offers, DBS checks, right to work, references and compliance documentation. Manage telephone calls, enquiries and reception duties, providing a professional first impression. Undertake financial administration, including petty cash, invoicing and resident monies where applicable. Support community events and the Lifestyle Team with administrative tasks. Has previous administration experience, ideally within health, social care or hospitality. Experience with CoolCare or care management systems is desirable but not essential.
