We are seeking a motivated Care Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home who has an NVQ Level 5 or is working towards one. As a vital member of our family-oriented environment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
You will assist the General Manager in the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and control of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, vision, and goals.
