We're looking for a dedicated Night Care Team Leader / Night Deputy Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading our night care team, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable and peaceful nights.
About the Role
As a Night Care Team Leader / Night Deputy Manager, you'll lead by example, supporting and mentoring the night care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care that enables residents to live fulfilled, enriched and dignified lives.
You'll be responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the home throughout the night, taking charge outside normal office hours and ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing are maintained at all times. Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team, you'll help create a positive culture where both residents and colleagues can thrive.
