About the Role As General Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and regulatory performance of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care are delivered every day.
You'll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, champion person-centred care and work collaboratively with residents, families and external professionals to create a welcoming, safe and vibrant community.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving occupancy, developing talent and ensuring the home continues to deliver the highest standards expected of Crystal Care Collection.
