The Role: We are currently recruiting a third Regional Recruiter to support our Homes and Senior Management Team across the South West, in sourcing the very best talent within the Care sector. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content and job adverts, qualifying and shortlisting suitable candidates, ensuring key compliance requirements are maintained, organising and attending Recruitment events, all whilst being a professional advocate for Crystal Care Collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate and manage all aspects of Recruitment within your Region for new team members, ensuring we present an attractive, competitive and exciting opportunity to potential candidates.
  • Support candidates through their onboarding journey, ensuring that it is engaging and as smooth as possible.
  • Set the right culture and expectation of excellence.
  • Monitor the performance within your Region, identifying recruitment needs and trends associated.
  • Assess trends / data and act on this quickly and instinctively to drive best outcomes.
  • Weekly / monthly reporting on recruitment performance, needs and trends.
  • Provide administrative support within the Company for recruitment and associated development projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role (preferably within Care).
  • Sound knowledge of pre-employment checks (preferably within Care).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment platforms / job boards.
  • Sound knowledge of social media from a posting and scheduling perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet deadlines in a time effective manner.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative group setting.
  • Professional, confident and approachable with a warm and caring personality.

Hours of work: Your hours of work will be 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday with an element of flexibility as and when required. This will equate to 40 hours per week in total. This is a varied and rewarding role that will no doubt provide you with a feeling of job satisfaction.
