About the Role As Care Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting the General Manager in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care while ensuring operational excellence. You'll oversee care delivery, mentor and develop the care team, monitor quality standards and champion person-centred care, creating an environment where residents can live fulfilling, dignified and enriched lives. You'll also contribute to the implementation of key projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with Crystal Care Collection's values, vision and commitment to excellence.
