You will lead a care team, manage medications, review care plans, and mentor junior staff to deliver the highest standard of resident care.
The role follows a permanent rolling rota: three day shifts (08:00–20:00) then three days off, averaging about 42 hours per week. Pay is £15.46 per hour (days).
