Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager/Care Team Leader for Parsons Ridge, Braunton, Devon, opening January 2027. Lead care teams, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive enriched, compassionate care.
You will work a rolling three-shift pattern with days 08:00-20:00 and nights 20:00-08:00. Hourly rates: £18.22 (Days) / £16.92 (Nights). We welcome friendly, hard-working individuals with strong communication skills.
