We offer career coaching, certification programs (e.g. CDPP, ISO 27001), and a structured GRC Career Accelerator to help individuals break into high-demand roles in the tech and compliance industries.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive student enrollments for our online programs. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, online outreach, and working flexibly with performance incentives.
Responsibilities:- Promote Cyber Path Insight's courses via email, social media, and referral outreach.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into course enrollments.
- Use provided marketing materials, referral tracking links, and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Book discovery calls through Calendly and follow up with prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide activity reports and lead updates.
- 10% for 1–5 confirmed enrollments per month
- 12.5% for 6–10 enrollments
- 15% for 10+ enrollments
- Bonuses available for exceeding targets or bringing in group clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2C marketing or course promotion (preferred)
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn, Calendly
- Results-driven and able to work independently
- Professional, organised, and proactive
