We offer career coaching, certification programs (e.g. CDPP, ISO 27001), and a structured GRC Career Accelerator to help individuals break into high-demand roles in the tech and compliance industries.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive student enrollments for our online programs. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, online outreach, and working flexibly with performance incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Promote Cyber Path Insight's courses via email, social media, and referral outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into course enrollments.
  • Use provided marketing materials, referral tracking links, and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Book discovery calls through Calendly and follow up with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
  • Provide activity reports and lead updates.
Commission Structure
  • 10% for 1–5 confirmed enrollments per month
  • 12.5% for 6–10 enrollments
  • 15% for 10+ enrollments
  • Bonuses available for exceeding targets or bringing in group clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2C marketing or course promotion (preferred)
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn, Calendly
