- Portfolio Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate insights, and update leadership on portfolio progress.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small New Ventures team (e.g., Product Manager, Growth Marketer), promoting speed, experimentation, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in venture building, product strategy, corporate innovation, or startup leadership, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to MVP.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and EiRs while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong judgment and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
- Execution Discipline: Skilled in lean experimentation, rapid testing, and portfolio-level decisions.
- Presentation: Confident presenting to leadership/boards with structured, data-driven recommendations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in at least two of the following sectors: iGaming, Crypto, or Digital Marketing.
