Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Manage paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Global User Acquisition: Drive the expansion of our user base globally for both web and app, focusing on achieving high-quality, high-volume growth and maximizing return on investment.
  • Advanced Strategy Development: Craft and implement cutting-edge paid search strategies and operational models at scale, launching new product lines through research and implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize large-scale, complex operations by utilizing industry-leading paid search methodologies, tools, and platforms to achieve superior performance.
  • Budget Management: Proactively manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI and the successful achievement of key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-On Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hands-on paid search marketing, with an excellent track record in web and app growth.
