We are hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of key projects from strategy through execution. You will work closely with the internal teams to coordinate deliverables, streamline communication, and ensure everything runs smoothly across the board. You will be joining a team deeply experienced in Web3 marketing, surrounded by people who move fast, think big, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
Team Leadership & Execution- Act as a fractional CMO with business development in mind.
- Lead and hold team members accountable for hitting KPIs and deadlines.
- Run weekly performance and feedback meetings to drive improvement.
- Coordinate content, partnerships, & campaign teams to keep execution consistent & aligned.
- Identify bottlenecks fast, fix them, and increase delivery speed.
- Manage the campaign end-to-end with full ownership of delivery, communication, and quality.
- Be the main client contact - own the relationship, and deliver results.
- Proactively suggest new ideas, think outside the box, and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor, not just an executor.
- Provide clear progress updates, next steps, and reports on time.
- Maintain the client hub with up-to-date KPIs, notes, and deliverables.
- Run the weekly client call showing dashboards, strategy updates, and performance highlights.
- Set, track, and report on KPIs to ensure client goals are exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver reports, documents, and resources.
- Host weekly client calls, screen sharing and showcasing your reporting dashboard and touching on progress regarding the overall strategy.
- Proven experience in project management/CMO role.
- Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and proactive.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and bring out the best in others.
- An ownership mindset - treating the business as if it were your own.
- Ability to formulate ideas that add value for the betterment of the campaign.
- Experience in Web3/crypto marketing.
- Background in processes workflow optimisation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion).
- Strong data analysis skills - able to turn performance insights into actionable strategy.
- Comfort with public-facing communication (e.g., running client webinars or Twitter Spaces).
