We are looking for an experienced, full-time Junior Business Development Manager with English language proficiency to join our team! Our Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our client base in the UK and Ireland, as well as establishing and managing partnerships with key partners in the region. Experience in travel and dealing with partners/partnerships is an advantage.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland region and beyond
- Conduct market analysis and prepare/deliver sales plan
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients via cold-calling and email outreach campaigns
- Establish and manage partnerships in the UK and Ireland region and beyond
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Provide consultative sales support to clients, assisting them in gaining a comprehensive understanding of our payment solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
- Accurately forecast and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the payments landscape
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the payments, travel, e-commerce, crypto, or fintech industry
- Fluency in English language
- Cold-calling experience is a must
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partners
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to innovate, learn, and share knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
