You will be responsible for projects involving IAM, SaaS Integrations, and MDM, while also owning the day-to-day work to keep our operations running smoothly. This role requires both strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise, as you will regularly work with our Trading, Engineering and Operations teams. Experience in crypto or finance is not required, what matters is your ability, mindset, and how you work with others. This is an office-based role, and occasional travel may be required.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Google Workspace, Okta and other SaaS
  • Troubleshoot MDM configurations and device management problems
  • Provide day-to-day user support (deskside and remote), including troubleshooting printers, peripherals, and connectivity
  • Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, including ordering equipment, inventory management, and device setup
  • Handle problems that require understanding of system interdependencies
  • Design solutions that prevent issues without creating new problems
  • Evaluate and understand the security implications of your decisions across the organisation
  • Autonomously identify and implement automation for common problems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Create technical documentation that captures your knowledge

Profile We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years supporting technical teams
  • Strong grasp of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Background in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation and tool creation
  • Experience supporting teams working with sensitive or classified data
  • Experience operating within compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001
  • Strong candidates may also have
  • Deep understanding of IAM including SAML, SCIM and OIDC
  • Experience configuring and supporting development environments
  • Advanced troubleshooting across macOS and/or Linux environments
  • Familiarity managing configurations in git (Terraform)
  • Expert knowledge of MDM platforms, device enrollment, configuration profiles, and security policies

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, high-performance environment where you can have an immediate impact.
  • Competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Learning and development support, including professional certifications.
  • Global exposure across our offices in London, New York, Singapore, Zug, and Málaga.
  • The opportunity to be part of one of crypto’s most established and respected trading firms.
