Overview We\’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you\’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices. You\’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you\’ll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.What You\’ll Do Create landing pagesDevelop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for web experiencesPosition products and features in content and layout that makes them approachable and understandableContribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphicsDevelop product features for webDesign features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, fitting and adjusting existing features for the context of web, or developing brand new experiencesContribute to the design system on webCreate visuals and animations; develop processes for creating graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AICreate product mockups that showcase app experiences; develop spot and hero graphics that relate to the Crypto.com brandData and Analytics: set measurable goals for the performance of the website and individual pages; research and study current analytics in tools like Mixpanel; define with PMs and developers what to track and whySkills & Experience You currently hold crypto and understand the basics of tradingYou have 4+ years of experience working as a product designer on digital productsYou have designed professional websites and their web identitiesFluid use of Figma, components, variables, and stylesBasic knowledge of graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AIYou have solved complex problems and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principlesYou understand different research approaches and know which ones to utilize and whenYou demonstrate product vision and use data and experimentation to provide product directionYou\’re excellent at articulating design decisions, presenting to clients or stakeholdersYou demonstrate solid leadership skills and an ability to develop strong partnerships with product managers and engineersSeniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology
