Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, launching products and features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other crossâfunctional team members to ship remarkable features.
About the Role: Product Manager â AI Strategy to lead the integration of cuttingâedge artificial intelligence across the Crypto.com App. Act as the strategic bridge between AI capabilities and the core user experience, embedding intelligence into onboarding, KYC flows, and AIâdriven insights that empower user decisionâmaking.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product leads across the Crypto.com App to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring a unified and intelligent user experience across all feature verticals.
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the strategy for customerâfacing AI and data products, balancing longâterm innovation with immediate operational wins.
- AI Integration & Excellence: Work alongside AI/ML researchers to integrate generative AI models (LLMs) into core features, ensuring high standards for response quality, relevance, and latency.
- CrossâFunctional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teamsâincluding Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Designâto translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, mobileâfirst requirements.
- Operational Intelligence: Scale AIâpowered support tools and automated verification flows (KYC) to enhance efficiency while maintaining a frictionless user experience.
- DataâDriven Iteration: Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous, rapid experimentation and feature optimization.
- Trust & Security: Ensure all AIâdriven products adhere to global standards for data privacy, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of product management, specifically within AI, fintech, or highâgrowth data platform environments.
- AI/ML Literacy: Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, model limitations, and deploying LLMs in production.
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse product teams to bring complex, multiâlayered features to life.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience with AI agent tooling (e.g., Alfred AI) and optimizing user verification or support workflows through automation.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to manage highâlevel strategy while maintaining a handsâon approach to product delivery and detailâoriented execution.
- UserâFirst Mindset: Passion for translating sophisticated technical solutions into impactful, easyâtoâuse experiences for a global audience.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience delivering customerâfacing AI products is highly preferred; familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; advanced degrees (Masters/MBA) are a plus.
