As the Director of Affiliates & Broker Relations, you will be the primary architect of our dual-track growth engine. You are responsible for scaling our global footprint by navigating two distinct but synergistic worlds: the high-velocity retail influence of KOLs/Affiliates and the structured, technical landscape of B2B Brokerage. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a rare blend of crypto-native social intelligence and institutional financial acumen. You will lead the strategy for acquiring new users through world-class content creators while simultaneously building the API-driven infrastructure that allows fintechs and brokers to leverage our liquidity. You aren’t just managing partners; you are defining the market depth and brand authority of a global industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated global strategy for both Affiliate (Retail/KOL) and Broker (B2B/Institutional) channels to drive First-Time Users (FTUs) and trading volume.
  • Program Architecture: Design and optimize the Broker Program and Affiliate structures, ensuring competitive commission models and incentives, API integration seamlessness, and market-leading value propositions.
  • P&L & ROI Ownership: Oversee the budget for partnership incentives, ensuring all deals—from social media campaigns to institutional liquidity agreements—deliver measurable, positive ROI.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead the drafting and closing of complex, multi-million dollar partnership agreements with top-tier global media outlets, influential KOLs, and major financial intermediaries.
  • Institutional Integration: Act as the strategic lead for B2B brokers, fintechs, and white-label partners, ensuring our liquidity and infrastructure are their first choice for digital asset offerings.
  • Relationship Excellence: Maintain a "gold standard" of service for our most valuable partners, resolving high-level technical or commercial bottlenecks with speed and precision.
  • Trend Forecasting: Monitor the pulse of social media (X, YouTube, Telegram) and the institutional fintech landscape to pivot strategies ahead of market shifts.
  • Global Representation: Represent the company at major international conferences and industry events, acting as a key spokesperson to attract elite partners and brokers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing, with at least 4 years specifically within the Crypto or Fintech sectors.
  • Dual Expertise: A proven track record of managing both influencer/affiliate networks and B2B/institutional broker relationships.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of API integrations, liquidity provisioning, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
  • Network: An existing, high-level "Rolodex" of contacts including top crypto KOLs, global media houses, and decision-makers within the brokerage/fintech space.
  • Execution: Demonstrable success in scaling partnership programs from inception to significant revenue generation.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of professional English. You must be as comfortable pitching to a social media creator as you are presenting to a C-suite executive at a financial institution.
