Crypto.com is expanding into stocks, equities trading, bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital assets. We’re launching a platform that makes it as intuitive to trade equities as it is to trade crypto: starting with a mobile-first experience designed for global retail investors. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Hacker to lead the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle programs, and product positioning for this new vertical. You’ll work closely with product managers and growth teams to ensure every feature launch, campaign, and user experience aligns with user needs and business goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the next generation engages with traditional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Partner with product and strategy teams to develop the roadmap for stocks and equities trading within Crypto.com.
- Craft messaging that highlights our differentiators such as accessibility, fees, user experience, and cross-asset trading.
- Own positioning and briefs.
- Define user personas (e.g., crypto-first investors, fintech users, retail traders) and create tailored journeys to drive user acquisition at target CAC.
- Collaborate with product managers and growth teams to align product development with market insights and user behavior.
- Launch Execution
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features like fractional shares, commission-free trading, and securities lending.
- Design integrated campaigns across email, in-app messages, paid media, content, and influencer channels to drive adoption, cross-sell, and engagement.
- Coordinate with UA teams for execution.
- Work with regional marketing, compliance, and communications teams to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Create high-conversion landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign assets to improve CAC and trading volumes.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to refine positioning and product roadmap.
- Monitor competitors and emerging fintech trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Integrate insights into product, growth, and creative strategies.
