We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including projects adjacent to our core businesses that are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Specifically, we focus on fiat wallet projects, providing better on/off ramps for multiple currencies across different countries. As a Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for these projects, which are closely related to our core business and developed rapidly with a small team.
Responsibilities
- Engage in full stack development, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and implement products that connect Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
- Develop prototypes for new fiat payment networks or platform concepts proposed by the team.
- Take ownership of your projects, experimenting with new technologies and solutions.
- Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems in large-scale backend infrastructure and web platforms.
- Manage documentation of all code and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Passion for building first-class products that solve real-world problems, with experience across various technologies, self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach.
- Humility to accept and incorporate better ideas, eagerness to improve, and openness to challenges and new possibilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial domains or blockchain technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance issues.
- Experience with web front-end development, especially React/Redux.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux.
- Experience with server-side programming languages like Ruby on Rails, Golang.
- Understanding of global payment systems is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles.
