We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of a dedicated Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, a knack for solving business problems through thoughtful system design, and the ability to act as a thought partner in evolving the platform over time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as administrator for a Salesforce instance, responsible for day-to-day configuration, user support, and platform maintenance.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, Salesforce Flow, and page layouts to support business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Implement improvements that enhance usability, efficiency, and data accuracy across the platform.
- Maintain data integrity by creating validation rules, implementing data governance processes, and conducting regular audits.
- Provide user training and support, helping team members adopt best practices and maximize platform value.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and issues; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as needed.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, and recommend relevant enhancements for the business.
- Support reporting and analytics needs by developing and maintaining useful reports and dashboards.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity of operations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of both Sales & Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and security and sharing settings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in Quality Assurance.
- Experience supporting B2C sales and account management functions - ideally in iGaming, fintech, or crypto-related businesses.
- Familiarity with integrations of communications platforms such as SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, etc.).
