As the global financial ecosystem increasingly integrates digital assets into traditional brokerage models, we are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead our B2B broker expansion.
You will be the primary architect of our Broker Program, bridging the gap between our world-class liquidity and the institutional intermediaries who require it.
You will own the end-to-end growth of our broker partnerships.
This is a mission-critical role where you aren't just selling a platform; you are building the infrastructure that allows other financial institutions, fintechs, and brokers to offer digital assets to their own client bases.
Your work will directly define our market depth and institutional footprint in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new partnerships with Brokers.
- Grow Crypto. com’s broker program to meet the KPIs and OKRs.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current brokers.
- Providing timely customer service and issue resolution for Brokers.
- Drafting and closing ROI centric partnership agreements with Brokers.
- Attending industry events to engage with Brokers.
- Monitoring and utilizing opportunities in the market landscape/competitor trends within the broker space.
Requirements
- Network of contacts in the brokers/fintech intermediary space.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, API integrations, or broker programs in finance/crypto.
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners eg. driving ; business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements;
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English (plus local language), writing & presentation samples are welcome
