We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee and guide our talent acquisition and development efforts across the group. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high‑potential candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring that all talent management strategies align with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful integration and continuous development of talent within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
    • Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, databases, and networks.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
    • Improve recruitment processes as the business needs and grows.
  • Talent Development
