We are looking for a Growth-Led Marketing Operations Manager to own the performance, operations, execution and outcomes of our trading challenges. You are not just here to manage the technical setup; you are the commercial driver responsible for hitting our "Verified" and "Deposit" targets. Sitting at the intersection of growth, product, and data, you will bridge the gap between creative hooks, technical delivery and outstanding outcomes. While you ensure the plumbing of our funnels is flawless, your success is measured by the outcome. You must ensure every creator shout-out, email blast, and automation flow is designed to convert. If the numbers are down, you don’t just report it; you fix the funnel, pivot the strategy, and drive the team toward a win.
What you’ll do:
- Own the Funnel & Drive the Numbers: You are responsible for the conversion and success of every challenge, architecting high-converting funnel flows and coordinating creators and emailers with the specific hooks and angles needed to hit "Verified" and "Deposit" targets.
- Lead on Launch Execution: You turn growth ideas into concrete, battle-ready launch plans, serving as "Mission Control" during the "Go-Live" phase to manage technical troubleshooting and real-time community engagement.
- Optimise Lifecycle & Revenue Growth: You design and manage the automated retention flows (Email/WhatsApp/SMS) that drive task completion and prevent drop-offs, while constantly auditing conversion data.
- Brief for Conversion: You act as the bridge between technical setup and creative output, providing creators and the email team with high-intent briefs that focus on the "close."
- Real-Time Performance Ownership: You monitor the metrics during active marketing windows, proactively shifting resources or tweaking funnel logic to fix underperforming channels.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Commercial Accountability: Proven track record of being held to specific revenue or user-growth targets.
- Direct-Response Marketing Knowledge: A deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, including the ability to identify "leaks" in conversion rates.
