What You’ll Do
- Drive acquisition by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging platforms to fill courses and workshops.
- Build high‑conversion funnels (LPs, Typeforms, UTM tracking, thank‑you pages) that generate leads and enrollments.
- Create and ship compelling content—hooks, creative briefs, and copywriting—to support paid community growth.
- Leverage content & events, turning host moments and show clips into lead‑gen campaigns with precise tracking (UTMs, codes).
- Accelerate community growth through direct‑paid Discord campaigns, compelling offers, and urgency tactics.
- Run A/B tests, analyze data, and apply insights to scale successful strategies.
- Build playbooks and repeatable frameworks that can be scaled across campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for consumer education, subscription, or community‑based products.
- Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Telegram, and X.
- Proven track record of filling cohorts, scaling workshops, or maximizing webinars with measurable results.
- Strong copywriting ability and rigorous UTM discipline.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in GA4, Looker, PostHog, or similar tools, plus strong spreadsheet skills.
- Bias toward action, comfortable operating in small, fast‑moving teams without agency support.
Preferred Qualifications
