The Role

Cryptio is looking for a freelance recruiter with strong knowledge and a genuine passion for the crypto industry. This is a short‑term contract focused purely on sourcing and screening candidates. It is not a senior or 360 recruitment role and operates within a clear and structured process. The recruiter will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to build high‑quality candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent candidate experience through data‑driven and AI‑supported tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, juicebox, other AI tooling, job boards, and existing talent pools
  • Conduct structured first‑stage screening calls based on provided question guides
  • Maintain accurate pipelines in Ashby (ATS) and track progress through shared dashboards
  • Apply AI‑assisted tools such as Metaview and Granola.ai to improve sourcing accuracy, outreach quality, and interview consistency
  • Submit shortlists for review and refine sourcing based on feedback
  • Participate in weekly process reviews with the Talent Acquisition Lead

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years of experience in sourcing or recruitment coordination, agency or in‑house experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of crypto, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems
  • Familiarity with using ATS and recruitment technology tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability within structured frameworks
  • Comfortable following set processes and working independently with feedback loops

  • 3‑6 months freelance contract

  • No long‑term or permanent conversion expected
