The opportunity: Weâre hiring a Product Marketing Manager; a strategic, handsâon marketer who can craft clear narratives, drive adoption, and partner closely with Product, Sales, and Growth. Youâll own positioning, messaging, and goâtoâmarket strategy for our Loan Management and Tokenization Compliance products, playing a central role in how we scale and shape Cryptioâs presence in the market. Crypto experience is not required; curiosity and a desire to work in this space absolutely is!
What youâll do:
- Develop sharp, differentiated product positioning and messaging for enterprise financial and fintech audiences
- Lead GTM planning and execution for launches and major product milestones
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product and commercial strategy
- Build highâquality sales enablement materials (decks, oneâpagers, battlecards, comparisons)
- Partner with Product and Sales on adoption, activation, and growth initiatives
- Define clear launch objectives, track performance, and run postâlaunch retros with a bias for continuous improvement
Weâre looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years in marketing or product marketing (product management background also welcome)
- Brings fintech or adjacent industry experience (B2B or B2C); B2C PMM is a strong plus
- Demonstrates solid PMM fundamentals, positioning, messaging, research, launches, adoption
- Communicates with exceptional clarity, both written and verbal
- Shows structured thinking, high aptitude, and a strong bias to action
- Thrives in project ownership and crossâfunctional execution
- Uses AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and workflows
- Shows genuine interest in crypto and the future weâre building at Cryptio
- Brings signs of creativity; brand instincts, PLG thinking, or novel campaign ideas
