The role
Cryptio is hiring an HR & Systems Administrator to own HR administration, HRIS (Deel), and operational People processes across the UK, France, and European EoR countries. This is a hands‑on People Operations role focused on execution, accuracy, and scalability. You will support the full employee lifecycle through strong HR administration, documentation, and systems ownership, ensuring People operations run smoothly and compliantly as the company scales. You will be the primary point of contact for employees in your scope on HR administration topics and a key operational partner to HRBPs and Finance.
What you'll do
- Support People Operations and HR administration across the UK, France, and European EoR countries, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and HR admin queries
- Maintain and administer our HRIS (Deel), including data integrity, workflows, permissions, and process support for HRBPs and managers
- Support HR compliance through accurate employment documentation, policy localisation, and regional administration
- Manage benefits administration and provide People‑side payroll support for the UK and France
- Support London office operations, including office supplies, access management, vendor coordination, and laptop provisioning and returns

What we’re looking for
- Experience in an HR administration or People Operations role with strong execution ownership
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience handling French HR administration is a plus
- Strong understanding of UK HR administration fundamentals
- Comfortable owning HR systems, documentation, and data quality
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
