About the Role: As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work alongside our strategy and content teams to support and manage social media accounts for clients in the crypto and blockchain space. You’ll help plan, create, and post content across multiple platforms, while engaging with communities and staying on top of industry trends.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in developing and executing content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Create engaging, on-brand social media copy tailored to crypto/Web3 audiences.
- Schedule posts and manage daily activity across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor engagement and community activity, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions.
- Stay up to date on crypto trends, memes, and emerging social tactics.
What We’re Looking For:
