This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established independent insurance brokerage which has been successfully growing over the last 10 years and is now looking seriously at succession planning due to an impending retirement.

The business was set up as an Appointed Representative and has successfully built a significant income, a recognisable brand and continues to grow impressively.

With succession planning an immediate consideration, this provides a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive or Account Director looking to be an owner / director without the need to build a business from scratch.

Joining a small and driven team, the ideal applicant will be someone who has been thinking about becoming an Appointed Representative but has not yet made the step and perhaps would take some comfort in joining an established independent business with less initial risk but with the opportunity to reap the financial benefits.

Ideally you will be an experienced Account Executive or Account Director with a loyal client following, a great level to commercial insurance knowledge and an entrepreneurial approach to business.

This role comes with an initial salary and the opportunity to inherit some clients; your future earning potential is relatively uncapped.
