You will be handling any new enquiries which are incoming, managing relationships with existing clients, making amendments to policies and marketing and negotiating renewals, using Acturis system. This is a great team, and enjoyable and professional working environment with a big emphasis on providing an exceptional level of service to clients. This role can be hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, although, the office is open 5 days a week if you prefer to be office based. Ideal applicants will share their dedication to client satisfaction, be a “team player” with at least 2 years commercial insurance experience; previous use of Acturis would be beneficial, although not essential as full system training can be provided.
