The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Directly responsible for maintenance and ongoing facility upkeep, including repairs such as machinery fixtures, plumbing, heating, and wiring. Conduct inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards are maintained, schedule major repairs with building inhabitants, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently and promptly.
Perform timely, quality work in completing work orders for the development. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Foreman to inform them of potential problems, safety concerns, and needs for assistance. Notify supervisors of the need for additional maintenance in relevant areas.
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance functions and assist in supervising contract services. Assist in the turnover process to ensure all phases of unit preparation are completed efficiently and on time. Help supervise a clean, organized shop, manage inventory control, tool maintenance, and implement safety and security procedures.
Serve residents by cooperating with them, completing work orders unobtrusively and promptly, and supervising cleaning staff to maintain property standards. Perform on-call and emergency procedures as directed by the Maintenance Foreman. Generate work orders as necessary.
