Position Overview
Crux Product Design is an ambitious and growing consultancy, specialising in the development of medical and consumer devices. We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to start as soon as possible and join our team in Bristol supporting the delivery of some of the world’s most exciting product development projects.
In this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams, helping to manage projects from concept through to production. You will play a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard, with the opportunity to gain exposure to all stages of the development process.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduated with a first or high 2:1 classification in an relevant accredited degree program.
- Engineering or project management experience gained in a placement year, internship or junior role.
- Understanding of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Ability to track project progress, delivering on-time and budget.
- Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.
- Ability to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work within multiple cross-disciplinary teams and be client facing.
