  • What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Proactive, confident, autonomous designer who can take a brief and run with it.
  • 1-3 years’ consultancy or in-house experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programmes (Power Point, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in creating and editing video content.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and animation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to cross-function stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motion graphics for digital content, such as social media animations, explainer videos, or presentations.
  • Experience in Figma or similar, and Digital Design.
