We are offering a permanent role in the Finance team at the end of an apprenticeship, along with further professional development opportunities as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide transactional and administrative support to the Finance Team.
- Work with internal colleagues to ensure timely receipt of documents and address administrative queries.
- Capture new client and supplier requests.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assist with general administrative duties within the team.
- Process and reconcile accounting documentation, including sales, invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders.
- Perform weekly reconciliation of corporate cards, including posting receipts and payments, and ensuring receipt collection from cardholders.
As part of the Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, you will undertake an apprenticeship that includes assessments in Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours, as well as Functional Skills in maths and English (where applicable) and your End Point Assessment. You are expected to complete 20% off-the-job training during your apprenticeship. The program involves working on your portfolio and gaining new workplace skills. You will attend the SGS College Filton Campus one day a week.
Working HoursMonday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
